Company & Background

Tereo Solutions is a Lima-based Peruvian/Belgian JV that develops biogas and biofertilizers plants, with a broad range of products and services, from self-service products to industrial-scale solutions. They won numerous awards and prices, have been working with top-tier companies in LATAM and raised funding from top-notch accelerators and corporations.

Challenges & Needs

Tereo wanted to launch and validate a novel energy service, which is based on their own biogás and biofertilizers plants with a different business model and with numerous enablers and stakeholders which needed to be activated. They didn’t know how to properly and minimally validate the new business model and the channels that could work, not just in the early stages, but also in the future development in LATAM.

Solutions & Impact

We partnered up and provided a Fractional CRO for 12+ months, firstly developing the business case and operational setup and processes for the validation, secondly engineering the growth systems for them to sustainably develop their business in the LATAM region. We reached validation for their 1200% ROI projects, creating a first lead pipeline worth USD 1M+ and creating a semi-automated and validated sales and marketing machine.
