Investment Readiness & Fundraising

Develop all business metrics, support materials to reach investment-readiness, in order for you to raise funds from VCs and strategic investors

Some of the Startups we worked with:

Our Numbers in a nutshell

Solving your Challenges is our Priority

Prove Venture Worthiness

Most startups aren’t fully investment-ready or venture-worthy, so they fail to attract serious investor interest

Our Approach

We identify and close gaps in your business model, traction, and growth story, ensuring you meet investor expectations with confidence and clarity

Growth Before Fundraising

Fundraising is treated as the main milestone, but real success lies in achieving sustainable and repeatable growth first

Our Approach

We make sure that you can prove a strong growth engine, making fundraising easier, faster, and on better terms by showing real, lasting value

Business Metrics trump Pitches

Weak fundamentals (poor unit economics, unproven traction) and not presentation skills are the main reason startups fail to raise funds

Our Approach

We strengthen your key business metrics so your company is genuinely investment-worthy, far beyond having a polished pitch deck

Compete in the Top 1%

Only 1% of startups secure 99% of funding, so the real goal is building the fundamentals to join that elite group

Our Approach

We develop your business, positioning, and momentum to make you stand out as a top-tier startup capable of securing major investment

Are we a right fit for you?

1
We partner with ambitious seed to Series A-C tech startups and scaleups to help them raise formal venture capital rounds, within the main VC hubs globally
2
Our support covers the key challenges founders face, like go-to-market strategy, growth execution, operational excellence, investment readiness, and fundraising. Our support covers all aspects of the fundraising process end-to-end, from planning, preparation of communication materials, investor research and filtering, through data room and outreach system setup, to pitching support, negotiations, and preliminary legal support
3
Engagements range from quick, high-value 1:1 sessions and structured mentoring to deep operational involvement as part of your team.
4
Depending on the level of engagement we are interested in having skin in the game and our fees are a combination of retainers and success fees. With vested interest we are happy to tap into our network for hot intros and referrals.

FAQ

Our programs and services are best designed and fit for mainly B2B tech companies with an existing product and ideally with PMF already and experiencing early, traction, aiming to raise a first formal investment round (Series A+). We are industry-agnostic, 80%+ of the IR & Fundraising challenges are common to every industry.

But we also worked with B2C, seed companies, or pre-PMF startups, especially in the low-touch services like chat and mentoring.

We don’t have a crystal ball and can’t predict the future of markets. We focus on having you 100% venture-worthy and investment-ready and maximize your reach to fit investors. We are looking to be more efficient and ideally more effective than if you would be doing fundraising yourselves.

As a side note, in the last 10+ years our portfolio and client companies raised $300M+ in formal and informal venture capital.

Usually we do “investment brokering” only in specific cases: when we have equity / vested interest in the company, or the company hired us for other high-value services like venture growth.

After you inquire / apply to any of the services or programs we’ll review the materials and come back to you with an answer.

We don’t have a fixed price list, because we work across different regions and ecosystems. Please inquire/apply to the specific service and we’ll come back to you with our tailored proposal and price list.

In general lines we try to be aggressive on our business models, asking for a mix of retainer fees and success fees (which could include rev-share, commissions on the value created, stock options, or a mix of these), so we can align with our clients’ interests.

It depends on the situation.

We either:

  • Charge service fees which include some mix of retainer fees and success/performance fees, especially for the more complex services

or

  • Hold equity in your companies and therefore are providing the service at competitive prices to appreciate our equity holding

or

  • Are working with you on other services (e.g. venture growth) and therefore can provide IR & Fundraising services as a cheap add-on
