Logistcompare is a London-based B2B warehouse marketplace and platform that connects warehouse owners with businesses that need warehouse spaces or services on a short-term basis.
The company raised a angel seed round in late 2018 from prominent UK-based angel investors.

Challenges & Needs

Logistcompare had the need to define how to most efficiently validate their business, including understanding the best performing and most efficient acquisition strategy in the very early stages of the business, and also the martech technology (martech) stack needed to run the growth activities and processes.

Solutions & Impact

We provided a set of Growth Chat sessions and after 3 months of Growth Mentoring sessions on all topics growth, enabling them to generate a strong potential lead pipeline which validated their early stage of the venturing development process and opened the path for their future roadmap.

It also provides an integrated end-to-end contracting system to facilitate the dealmaking and offers specialized logistic services for companies that are interested in dealing with short-term flexible logistic solutions.

Challenges & Needs

Logistcompare had the need to define how to most efficiently validate their business.
In order to do so they had the need to define the ideal customer personas of their platform, in order to define a B2B growth strategy for each of them. For each growth strategy the company needed a set of experiments and activities with which to validate the commercial viability of their platform.
Finally they needed support in the definition and creation of the materials needed for the initial test of the acquisition steps of the growth strategy.

Solutions & Impact

We provided the following activities:

  • 6x FFA Growth Chat sessions via the growthmentor.com platform to provide clear guidance for each of the needs mentioned
  • 3 months of FFA Growth Mentoring sessions to dig deeper into the acquisition strategy (supporting in customer segmentation, customer development, outreach material preparation, CRM setup, and contact research and qualification)

Logistcompare successfully launched its stack of website, landing pages, and acquisition processes (including email and linkedin research), resulting in a strong lead generation in their growth funnel.
