Research Overview

We collaborated with the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Italy) on a research paper regarding Value Rabbit – a novel Intellectual Capital Evaluation and Management Method based on a company stakeholder questionnaire model.

Although Intellectual Capital (IC) has been widely recognized as a critical source of sustainable competitive advantage in the current knowledge economy for the barriers to limitations it imposes on competitors; its measurement, internal management, and external communication is still a challenge for companies and organizations. The consideration and management of IC is mandatory to foster the corporate long- term success and improve their competitive position, otherwise, companies could suffer from lower than optimal performance on the markets.

The purpose of this resource is to develop a new and holistic measurement and management model for IC called Value Rabbit (VR). This model struggles not only to overcome the major limits of the previous models, but also to support organizations in measuring, internally managing, and externally communicating IC in the current knowledge economy, where all internal and external stakeholders play a critical role in the corporate value creation process.
