The aim of this phase is to develop all information elements for the fundraising kit.

During the Step 1 of the consulting project we will deepen our understanding about the business and investment case and assess which topics, problems and gaps to work on and define a more precise scope of work. If the gaps are too big and the scope of work is too large, we can decide to only focus on big problems, provide a more soft coaching support or drop it completely. It’s up to you to decide!
