STARTUPS USUALLY HAVE ONE SHOT WITH INVESTORS, SO HAVING YOUR HOME WORK DONE BEFORE ENGAGING WITH THEM IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

THE PERCENTAGE OF VC INVESTMENTS IS LOW AND NOT BEING INVESTMENT-READY IS ONE BIG FACTOR REDUCING THE PROBABILITY OF RAISING FUNDS

BEING CONFIDENT ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENT-READINESS, HELPS TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE IN YOUR STARTUP AND YOUR INVESTMENT CASE

PITCHING BECOMES MUCH EASIER IF WHAT YOU PITCH IS INVESTMENT-READY AND YOU HAVE ANSWERS TO ALL INVESTOR QUESTIONS

We perform a deep check-up of every aspect of your startup with our FFA Investment Readiness Framework, in order to assess your bridge seed and series X investment-readiness and provide you with actionable insights and improvement suggestions

Check out how we helped Upinns to identify the next priorities to strengthen their investment case

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have a structured standardized process that helps us to very clearly assess the investment-readiness level of startups and to highlight the business’ strengths and weaknesses

Step 1:
Share Materials

We learn as much as possible about your business

We will ask you to share all relevant materials and information around your startup, in order for us to have a clear understanding of the company and its plans

Step 2:
Interview Founders / CxO

We speak to you personally and dig even deeper into your business

After receiving the materials we discuss open points with the co-founders, relevant CxO or managers, in order to dig in deeper into problems and weaknesses of the startup

Step 3:
Crunching Materials

Everything shared with us gets deeply analyzed and processed

We crunch through everything that you shared with us and come up with an assessment of your investment-readiness for each element of our framework

Step 4:
Reporting and Next steps

We provide you with actionable improvement ideas and needed next steps

We deliver you with a full-blown report, highlighting actionable improvement ideas and needed next steps that you can pursue to solidify your investment-readiness

FAQ

What is the difference between the IR Check Up packages?

The main difference lies in the depth of each assessment. In the Remote Check Up we collect and elaborate all information remotely and in an asynchronous way, while in the Onsite and Premium packages have also a personal direct communication. In addition, the Premium package has a more mid-term approach to helping companies reach investment-readiness

How do I know if and when I need an IR Check Up?

The IR Check Up is perfect for companies that are thinking or about to start a structured fundraising effort, especially looking for a Bridge Seed or Series A round, in which it is of high importance to have meaningful metrics and all pieces of the business and investment case properly in place.

When is the payment due?

The payment is structured as follows:
70% of fixed fee (+100% of cost reimbursement for Onsite and Premium) in advance, in order to confirm the IR Check Up and
30% after receiving the report.
