FAQ

What is the difference between the Growth Strategy and Operations Checkup packages?

The main difference lies in the depth of each assessment. In the Remote Checkup, we collect and elaborate all information remotely and in an asynchronous way, while in the Onsite and Premium packages have also a personal direct communication. In addition the Premium package has a more mid-term approach and provide a first assessment/step of a wider scoped project

How do I know if and when I need a Growth Strategy and Operations Checkup?

If you believe you have a good product but you are experiencing underperforming growth, or you believe your growth KPIs can be substantially improved, or you are experiencing growth but you don’t know how to control it and scale it up, you are a good candidate for the Growth Checkup

When is the payment of the Checkup due?

The payment is structured as follows:
50% of fixed fee (+100% of cost reimbursement for Onsite and Premium) in advance, in order to confirm the Growth Strategy and Operations Checkup and
50% after receiving the report.
