FRB pricing is structured in two main components:
The FRB program is best designed for technology companies with an existing product and already experiencing early traction, aiming to raise a Seed or Series A round.
We are convinced that with a good preparation (which actually nobody wants to do, neither accelerators or investors because it is time-consuming and not leverageable) helps startups in increasing success rates. We have been consistently beating the (very low) success rates in the markets. More importantly, we believe that the added value of our service comes with providing the hands-on support, but also the efficiency and effectiveness of the process itself.
Sorry, we won’t do that. This program is specifically designed for companies looking for an hands-on support in the preparation of the fundraising strategy and material. If you believe you are doing great, just keep rocking!
After analyzing your specific startup case we will come back to you with a tailor made proposal. The program registration fees start from 650 USD in case of registration paid with a mix of retainer fees and equity vesting. We’ll also tailor our performance/success fees based on your company current stage, valuation, amount to be raised.
We won’t be able to do that. During the Readiness phase, we’ll staff a full time consulting team to work on your fundraising project. The registration fees are used to cover part of our consulting team costs. On the other hand, we align our interests by having success fees as key remuneration method.
By joining our program, you will grant to FFA exclusivity on the fundraising for the length of 12 months. All investors initially contacted by FFA or by the company during this period of time, will be subject to our success fees calculation. For investors contacted after the exclusivity period, only investors coming from our network will be counted for the success fee calculation.
During the readiness phase, we will review your current company traction, achievements and future outlook. Based on that information, we’ll apply various valuation models and decide together with you the valuation and amount to be raised. That will constitute the valuation offered to investors for the investment round. During the negotiation with investors, you might receive investment offers at different valuation and it will be entirely up to you whether or not accept those offers.
During the readiness phase, we will review your current future plans and capital requirements to define how much money you should be raising. That will constitute the total ask for the investment round. During the negotiation with investors, you might receive investment offers for different amounts (lower or higher) and it will be entirely up to you whether or not accept those offers.
If they are really interested and satisfied with your level of preparation, they will invest and you might not need to join the FRB program in the first place. If you have contacts that are interested in your company but are requiring much more information that you are not currently able to provide, then there’s a good fit. We’ll accelerate your fundraising preparation in 4 weeks and reach out to your contacts as soon as the material is ready. Based on our exclusivity clause, the investment received by your existing contacts will be still counted in our success fees.
