TESTIMONIALS

Working with FFA helped us to strengthen our business strategy and close our fundraising successfully

Vu The Tuan, CEO, iCheck

Without Fast Forward Advisors we would’ve not been able to find the project partners and raise the seed funding. We would certainly not be here today

Patrick Pedevilla, Co-Founder & CEO, Seventwenty by Airhelmet

Working with FFA enabled us to fully understand which path we could take in terms of venture capital or private equity investments and were very supportive along the whole process

FundRaising Booster (FRB) pricing

FRB pricing is structured in two main components:

  1. Program participation fees: different options will be provided for your participation in the program, based on your company stage, amount to be raised and level of preparation. We’ll normally provide two options for the participation: with a stock options component or without any stock option component. Your team will be asked to choose the option that is most fitting for you
  2. Success fees: the program is mostly financed by success based fees when investments are raised for your company. All success fees tend to have a mix of cash and equity components

FAQ

Who should apply to the FRB program?

The FRB program is best designed for technology companies with an existing product and already experiencing early traction, aiming to raise a Seed or Series A round.

What is your successful funding rate?

We are convinced that with a good preparation (which actually nobody wants to do, neither accelerators or investors because it is time-consuming and not leverageable) helps startups in increasing success rates. We have been consistently beating the (very low) success rates in the markets. More importantly, we believe that the added value of our service comes with providing the hands-on support, but also the efficiency and effectiveness of the process itself.

I feel I’m already investor ready and my investor material rocks, can you just introduce me to your investors?

Sorry, we won’t do that. This program is specifically designed for companies looking for an hands-on support in the preparation of the fundraising strategy and material. If you believe you are doing great, just keep rocking!

How much does the program cost?

After analyzing your specific startup case we will come back to you with a tailor made proposal. The program registration fees start from 650 USD in case of registration paid with a mix of retainer fees and equity vesting. We’ll also tailor our performance/success fees based on your company current stage, valuation, amount to be raised.

Can you work on success/commission based only?

We won’t be able to do that. During the Readiness phase, we’ll staff a full time consulting team to work on your fundraising project. The registration fees are used to cover part of our consulting team costs. On the other hand, we align our interests by having success fees as key remuneration method.

Do I have to provide you with exclusivity on the fundraising?

By joining our program, you will grant to FFA exclusivity on the fundraising for the length of 12 months. All investors initially contacted by FFA or by the company during this period of time, will be subject to our success fees calculation. For investors contacted after the exclusivity period, only investors coming from our network will be counted for the success fee calculation.

How will you define the valuation for our company?

During the readiness phase, we will review your current company traction, achievements and future outlook. Based on that information, we’ll apply various valuation models and decide together with you the valuation and amount to be raised. That will constitute the valuation offered to investors for the investment round. During the negotiation with investors, you might receive investment offers at different valuation and it will be entirely up to you whether or not accept those offers.

Can you guarantee a minimum amount raised?

During the readiness phase, we will review your current future plans and capital requirements to define how much money you should be raising. That will constitute the total ask for the investment round. During the negotiation with investors, you might receive investment offers for different amounts (lower or higher) and it will be entirely up to you whether or not accept those offers.

I already have investors interested in investing in us, how can you help?

If they are really interested and satisfied with your level of preparation, they will invest and you might not need to join the FRB program in the first place. If you have contacts that are interested in your company but are requiring much more information that you are not currently able to provide, then there’s a good fit. We’ll accelerate your fundraising preparation in 4 weeks and reach out to your contacts as soon as the material is ready. Based on our exclusivity clause, the investment received by your existing contacts will be still counted in our success fees.

Where can I find examples of company that went through the program?

You can find companies we supported on fundraising in our Clients & Case Studies section of our website.

Before enrolling in the full FRB program, could you tell me if my company is suitable for venture capital in the first place?

Yes, we can do that by our Investor Readiness check-up, you can find more information here.
